Poland’s first Instagram chatbot is now online. Nesperta and KODA Bots automate the Hi Hybrid brand communication.

For a week now, followers of the Hi Hybrid beauty brand’s Instagram account can chat with a chatbot. KODA Bots is the first to introduce this innovative implementation! The chatbot handles communication with 78,000 people who follow the brand’s profile. It will suggest styles, show available products and, if necessary, redirect the user to the brand’s website. It will also serve as a tool for quizzes or competitions. Hi Hybrid is a brand targeting the younger generation of hybrid varnish fans who are even more willing and able to consume the medium that is Instagram.
